PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs for Web ADI.

Hi,

Uploaded entries using ADI costed template. The upload was successful and PRC: Transaction Import ran successfully with no errors. I see the transitions with no distribution lines when I query the project transactions. 

Issue is when I ran the PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs it completed with no error but no distribution lines were created.

Am I running the right process?
