Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I am creating a service request and tasks are not generating based on the service type template(TEC - P&P Installation Request).

I tried with different service type (TEC - Intv Demand) tasks are generating automatically based on the service type template.

Please guide me, How to generate tasks automatically based on the service type template.
