how do I verify version gi and patch installed

Hi Gurus, this is a Begginer question, I need to know witch version of GI I have installed on our Exadata, patch bunddle, and also I need to find if an specific patch is installed, I just installed on Oct/17 patch using platinum but exachk reports gives me a wrong version on GI, so I need to verify if wasn't installed or was installed in an incomplete manner.  Thank you for your help.
