change the default passwords of the standard applications' schemas

We would like to
know what the impacts are if we change the default passwords of the standard
applications' schemas (through the "AFPASSWD -c apps –a"
command).

We would like to
test this change but not sure what is impacted by it. Is there a list of forms
or functionalities which can help us narrow down our testing?
