Hyperion Planning - Dimension security not all the users are showing up in the list

Hi,

I am not able to see all the users in dimension security setup in planning application. only few users are available, I do see all the users in security filters in planning application.

why i am not seeing the user in the list. I have provisoned the user in shared services for the application.
