General Ledger Transfer Program Errors out

Hi,

We have set up a new OU and now after creating test transactions in AR we want to transfer them to GL. Upon running the General Ledger Transfer Program we get the error 'argopn - One or more GL periods are not open. Please open these periods or enter a different date'

We checked and the GL and AR period are open from Jan 2018 till Apr 2018.

Can you please let us know how can we debug this issue further.
