Cannot process order past 'Awaiting Export Screening'

Hi All-

I'm trying to test some orders and I can't seem to get past a line status of Awaiting Export Screening. I create new orders by copying old ones, then book the new order and release holds. But I can't progress past that step because the lines all go into that status and I can't figure out how to move the orders forward.  When I right-click the line and select 'Progress order', I select 'Update Screening Results', which is the only option,' but nothing happens.

Can anybody advise how to get past this step?
