Enabling poslogservices webservices in ORCE v17

Hi

How to enable poslogservices webservices at the ORCE v17 so that I can post transactions from XOffice v17.

I see below is the default URL available in xcenter-spring-beans.xml file for relate broadcaster. Below error is retrieved when I open URL in browser.

I am getting results for customer related webservices and also able to retrieve/post customers from XPOS v17.

http://relatehost:9003/soap/Mycompany/v1_0/PoslogServices?wsdl

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
