po output for communication keeps on running for an approved PO

hi,

"po output for communication"  keeps on running for an approved PO  , this is happening to a single user only for only 1 PO

after an interval of every hour , WF notification shows is it sent and closed.

application version is R12.1.3

Can anyone point me to correct location  to mark it closed
