space assignment - issue

Hello,

Unit: MT1-2001, i entered utilized : 1494 (total rentable) area in employee assignment, then the same unit i enter in lease entry form with same duration, i was expecting error message of overlap, but i didn't get it.

this is standard functionality or i am missing anything here?
