Select Application Failure Header Label

Hello,

Most of the end user logging through JAS server  are getting "Select Application Failure Header Label ".After long processing the screen appears.

Please help us out to know the exact issue and how to get rid out of this.

TR - 9.1.3.1

AR- 9.0

DB -db2(as400 v7r1)

End user using - windows 10 OS

developer & cnc using  - windows 7 OS
