How to cancel active service contracts in R12

  • We are using Service contract mdoule
  • We have active contract.
  • But customer want to cancel the contract -how to cancel the contract.

  1. Also in 'Change status' window new status value  'Cancel' not available - how to add  new value 'CANCELLATION'

     2. Already we generated three invoices – Should we cancel the invoice AR directly.

     3.Say example  contract created for Jan-17 to Dec 17.  Now in 2018., how we make the status  to 'Expired', is there any utility to make all expired contracts to 'Expired' status.
