Is there any functionality available to bulk update assignment costing?

We are on R12.1.3 and I just wondered if there is any functionality to bulk update assignment costing?

Our Finance Team are reducing the values used for the type of spend so we want to be able to bulk update assignment costing, from a certain effective date, to update one of the segments from one value to another.
