Server Manager Services Issue

Hello Folks,

JDE 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 on Sun Solaries

We are facing issue server manager service, we are not able to start the same. Till yesterday night it was running fine suddenly its down.

I have tried to restart the server but no luck. After restarting the weblogic console we trying to restart the services from console but it was goes in starting mode and then changed it to FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE . I have deleted the state file as well but the issue is still exist. After that had checked the nodemanager log where its shows that nodemanager process id killed it self.
