Zpool are going in degraded mode automatically

Hi

We are noticing some zpools are going in degraded mode automatically and every time we need to detach the degraded disk and attach the same to zpool and for suspended zpools we need to reboot the box.

we can see all the luns in format and all looks healty.

Does anyone has any idea.
