WebLogic with Adoebe AEM forms Oracle Database initialization issue

Hi, i am able to deploy the adobe AEM 6.3 on weblogic 12.2.1.3 with jdk1.8.0_144, and all datasources are able to pass the adobe Validate server configurations.

Still Only Oracle database initialization step fails.
