E812 Planner ESU Special Instruction

Dear Friends,

Application Release : E812

Tools Release : 8.98.4.2

Application Release E812 Planner ESU is JK22827. Special Instruction of this ESU requires to  Run instcat.sql.

In the beginning,  it looks like this steps has to be executed if we have MSDE as local database in the Deployment Server.

But Point 3 also says

3.    This process will need to be repeated when you update your MDAC or add a newer service pack to your operating system or to SQL Server on the Deployment Server.

On checking the Microsoft links for instcat.sql, I understood that :- by running this you will be manually upgrading the system stored procedures.
