Node Manager appears to be down in OEM Console after upgrade from OEM 13.1 to 13.2

Hi everyone,

I upgraded our OEM from 13.1 to 13.2 (OMS and Agent) on Solaris SPARC 10.  After the OMS upgrade, I noticed in $AGENT_INST/sysman/log/emagent_perl.trc the following error when the Agent started:

"nmresponse.pl: 2018-03-26 14:03:45,195: ERROR:  em_error= Error occurred while performing nmConnect : Cannot connect to Node Manager. : Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Access to domain 'GCDomain' for user 'nodemanager' denied]. Please check Node Manager log for details."  But in EM Console, the targets are all in up status including node manager.

I then upgraded the Agent via EM Console thinking that the above error will be gone once the agent is upgraded to 13.2, but the error still showing in the emagent_perl.trc file.  And the Node Manager status in EM Console appeared to be down after agent upgrade.  Though I am able to stop/start the OMS without issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
