EAM PM Schedule - Wrong Dates for forecast

ello All,

Trying to create a PM schedule with three activities:

12 month - Last Service Date 01-Jan-2018

24 month - Last Service Date 01-Jan-2018

36 month - Last Service Date 01-Jan-2018

Base Interval = 365 days i.e 1 year.

See attached screenshot - When the run the program with 1 year forecast, I'm getting 26-MAR-2018 (and not 01-JAN-2019) as the suggested start date. What am I messing up? Thx.
