OM Defaulting priority

Hi,

I need to know which get precedence when creating Sales order. For example when open the SO form the Pricelist is defaulting from defaulting rules then it is overwritten when i select the Order type. so can any one give me the hierarchy which has higher priory. eg. Defaulting rule then Order Type then Customer Ship to then Customer Bill to...
