Company Transfer Guidance

I'm new to JDE and looking for guidance on Company Transfers. We do not have Common Paymaster set up. We have the PDBA History flag set to a (2), so that only the current company YTD's displays on Pay Stubs. However, this appears to create an issue with PDBA's annual limit and tax amounts from the prior company. What would the proper set-up be to ensure only current company YTD's show on Paystubs, yet the prior Company withholding amounts are taken into consideration for Annual limits for Benefits and Taxes?
