Can a standard voucher with foreign vendor have multiple currency rates ?

Can a standard voucher  with foreign vendor have multiple currency rates ?

Eg. Line 1 has exchange rate as 1.125 (USD to GBP) and Line 2 has rate as 1.202.

Is this conceptually correct ? Will there be any audit issues ?
