Restoring the par files of 9.0/9.1 to JDE OneWolrd XE Sp23. Is there any possibility ?

I have the par files of some useful tools ( picked up from 9.0 and 9.1 ) and i would like to move them to Xe version of JDE. I know the format of specs is completely different for XE ( TAM ) compared to 9.0/9.1 ( XML ). But is there any possibility to move the specs or any workarounds or alternatives please..  Thanks !
