ADF-FACES 60097 error in Planning Data Forms

We are on Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.006 version , while trying to adjust data in the data forms of the Planning Simplified Interface , the ADF-FACES 60097 error is encountered. This issue occurs in Simplified Interface alone and is common across all web browsers.
