Stuck Order - Staged/Pick Confirmed and Confirm/Close Trip Stop (R12)

Hi Guys,

Wondering if you could help?

We have a number of orders which appear to be stuck for a particular item, in order management (OM) when you navigate  (OM >  Orders, Order Organiser > Actions > View Shipping Status) through to see its shipping status the following is seen:

Line Status = Staged/Pick Confirmed

Next Step = Confirm/Close Trip Stop

Why have these orders got stuck at this state and what needs to be ran for this to be rectified? There seems to be more orders building up but not being released:
