ZFS encryption on Branded Solaris zone

Hello,

I have a configuration as per below :

Global Zone : Solaris SPARC 11

Local Zone : Branded Solaris SPARC 10

We are using delegate dataset to assign ZFS filesystem to our local zone.

I wish to know if we can use ZFS native encryption method to encrypt our data on Solaris 10 Branded zone ?

if not & we encrypt the Dataset on Global itself, would the application running on zone face any issue in accessing the FS & working with it ?

Please suggest.
