Quotation Character issues while importing in Taleo

Hello,

I wish to know whether the line below am importing contains a valid quotation character or not? character. Normally the line in ending in error during integration in taleo with error message InvalidCSVFileFormat.

Here  is part of the line I wish to import :

some datas;TRAITEMENT DE LA RECEPTION DES COMMANDES INFORMATIQUES DES CLIENTS  PREPARER LES COMMANDES CLIENTS  METTRE A DISPOSTION  "LIVRER" LES COMMANDES DES CLIENTS POUR RECEPTION PAR LES CLIENTS;some datas

In my .ld.xml file the configuration is as follows:

value delimeter -> ;

Quotation character -> "
