EFW2C - RCE Record Error - Kind of Employer

We are uploading our EFW2C file to the Social Security Admins Accuwage file test site to make sure it is error free.  Our latest test had an Error in the RCE record stating that the "Kind of Employer" field in position 227 of the record did not have one of the following valid values: F - Federal Govt, S - State/Local Govt 501c, T - 501c non-govt., Y State/Local non 501c, N - none apply. I have looked at all the processing option on the EFW2C build and elsewhere but I cannot find where we can indicate it's value (of
