installing 12.1 client - INS-32104

Installing run-time client 12.1.0.1 on Win7 Pro, 64bit.

This particular workstation already has 11.2 client, a 32-bit 12.1 client, and a BI Publisher installed.  Provenance of those previous installations is unknown.

Installing the 64-bit 12.1.0.1 client as I always do.  Run As Administrator.  Use Windows built-in client.  OUI prompts for Oracle_BASE as c:\app\client\<username> and I modify that to c:\app\client\oracle.  This change in the ORACLE_BASE field is also reflected in the 'Software location' (ORACLE_HOME) field.  In software location I also modify the default '..\client_1'  to '..\client_64', to differentiate when we have to have both 32-bit and 64-bit clients.
