CSV Uploads via Template - Success Rates?

Hello fellow Unifiers.

We are trying to provide our end users with the capability to upload via a CSV file the line item details for certain business processes.

However, we are finding that the success rate of the CSV upload is not as high as we'd like to see.

Have any of you been successful in deploying CSV upload functionality to your end users and have seen good success and adoption rates?

If so, what was your secret to a good success rate?
