Error upon Restarting after Enabling ArchiveLog Mode

I would like to setup Hot Backups, and I think ArchiveLog Mode needs to be enabled first.

After selecting Archivelog Mode on the Recovery Settings page, Oracle says I must restart the database to implement the change.

Upon initiating the restart, I am prompted to enter Host Credentials and Database Credentials.  I entered both, and clicked test for each, and both tests were successful.

Then, I clicked OK, to initiate the restart, and I get the following error:

Missing braces on \o{} at - line 5, within string Execution of - aborted due to compilation errors.

We are using:

Oracle Enterprise manager Cloud Control 13c Release 2
