Journal Drilldown to all subledgers

We have multiple operating units and multiple ledgers. Our corporate office would like to have only one responsibility to view all the journals and the corresponding drilldown to transaction details. Currently they need to switch to the corresponding ledger responsibility to view the drilldown transactions. It is very tedious while reviewing the transactions across all ledgers. Is it possible to achieve this? what are the profiles or changes need to be done to give this access.
