Related Content Browser Issue

I posted this question on the HEUG Tech and CC listservs with no response, so I am going to try here.

We are experiencing an issue where the ID in Related Content does not refresh when the ID in the main application page changes.  This appears to be browser-related, and it only happens for some users.  The user who reported it has only experienced the issue in Firefox in recent months.  Chrome is working as expected. 

Has anyone else seen this?
