Error of Invalid Version Come out After Duplicate Program

At JDE 920 Fat Client, I duplicate program of P4310 - Purchase Order to copied program,  after I create version for the program and run it, error of Invalid version come out.

FYI, before I create version, I already check in and check out the copied program and had advance the copied program to status of 26.

Any idea why this error of Invalid version will come out ?
