Event Rules (ER) Debugger not working

Hello Folks,

JDE: 9.2

Os: windows 7 64 bit

                      The Event Rules (ER) Debugger is not working in my fat client.  and i have followed below document. till it is not working, so Please suggest.

E1: WRKFLW: ER Debugger and Workflow Modeler Fails to Start and Crashes with LaunchJVM Failed Errors (Doc ID 634680.1)

E1: BSFN: Unable to Establish Connection with Broker (Doc ID 661700.1)
