information publisher - memory utilization > 80%

Enterprise Manager can show metrics over time - cpu % utilization for example. This can be used in information publisher reports quite easily. My requirement is to create a report which selects all hosts from a group and reports if any have experienced greater than 80% cpu utilization over the past period. I would have thought this would be possible using the information publisher table from sql option  - has someone been here before ?
