Identifying wait-dependencies in Oracle Golden Gate

Is there a best practice document or has someone identified a way to assist in identifying wait dependencies when using GoldenGate replication?

Our environment consists of source db 11gr2(enterprise) where the extract/pump processes reside, target consists of 12.1.0.2(enterprise) where the replicats reside. We are using classic extract and integrated replicate. Our volume averages 12-18Million row operations per day, with daily peaks at 32Million and hourly peaks of 2.5Million. We are replicating a subset of the source 70/800 tables. Platform is ibm lpar running OS 7.2, oracle ASM, large pages. Db has 128GB large pages on a 256GB lpar.  Our standard replicat parameters are listed below.
