Miscellaneous Transactions in working status are present in the Expenditure Inquiry screen

Hi,

When I do an Expenditure Inquiry on a project in the GUI screens, I would only expect to see actual processed costs.

I have a situation where the user have created a Miscellaneous Transaction against a project but while it is still in a working status, an Expenditure Inquiry against that project shows those costs appearing.

Is this normal process? To me this 'working' status transaction should not appear on the EI until it is processed.

Let me know your thoughts.
