LE is causing the LTD benefits to activate too early, how can we restrict.
For new hires, LTD enrollment starts from first first of the month followed by 90 days waiting period. LTD is getting activated early if we had to update the benefit using non new hire life event. I tried restricting the LTD plan based on life event but some reason restrictions are not working. IS there a way we can restrict the plan not to start early?
