FDMEE 11.1.2.4 Exporting DataLoad Mapping

FDMEE 11.1.2.4 Exporting DataLoad Mapping, getting a blank Excel Worksheet.  The aif-WebApp.log say the process is looking for a "MapLoaderTemplate.xlsx" (see below).  We do not have this file.  We have the following:

MapLoader.xls, MapLoaderTemplate.xls, MapLoaderTemplate.xlsm.

When we try to download the Template we get :
