new predefined search in My Cases

We would like to request that a new predefined search be developed for the Fluid My Cases functionality.  It should be called 'All Cases' and be inclusive of cases I have reported for others as well as my own cases.

This is a very useful feature for managers of people who often open cases on their employees behalf.
