IP17.6 Ugrade fails at Upgrep step

Hello All,

We are doing Siebel upgrade from 8113 SIA to IP17.6.

It failed at Upgrep step, looks like incorrect syntax in one of the stored procedure 's_get_next_rowid_proc' caused this. below is snippet of upgwiz.log
