AR - Receipts - Line Level Cash Application Errors with ORA/FRM errors

Hi,

We are trying implement line level Cash Application in AR Receipts.

And while doing so, we started getting the below error -

ORA-01086: savepoint 'FINAL_COMMIT' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_PROCESS_DET_PKG", line 2680

ORA-20001: This action has been blocked to avoid inaccurate accounting entries. Please contact Oracle Support Services

--------------------------------------------------------------

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01086.

I have searched MOS and didnt find any details to this.. Has anyone faced this before?

Can anyone help me with anything that may help resolve this?

Note: I do have a subscription on the Business Event - oracle.apps.ar.applications.CashApp.apply
