Cost Record Line items with incorrect effective date..how to fix?

Hi! We have a project where records were imported and have been Approved (Terminal Status). One of the records has Effective Dates on the line items that came through as the year 0017 and 0018 instead of 2017/2018 so it is messing up our Cash Flow Curves.  Any idea how to fix that data now that the record is at this step??
