EBS Login Failed

Hi All,

We faced below error in at EBS (R-12.2.4) login:

"Failure of server APACHE bridge

No back end server available for connections timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent"  

After reboot the services we can login into then environment but we want to know the root cause for avoid situation in future, Please help us out.
