Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Failed to find database

Hi,

I installed TFA 18.1.1 on AIX 7.1. On this mashine I have 2 different databases runnign 11.2.0.1 and 12.1.0.2

when I run:

tsteasy@root /opt/tfa/bin> ./tfactl

tfactl> database tstsolvek

sh: pmap: not found

sh: pwdx: not found

Error: Failed to find database TSTSOLVEK

how can I debug that ?
