Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

Few users are facing issue while they get logout in between JDE transaction.

They are using IE11. What are setting I should check.

JD 9.2 / 9.2.0.3
