Delay in Reflecting Baselined Award budget

Hello All Experts,

We have implemented Oracle Grants accounting along with Project Costing and billing and are at 12.2.5

Very randomly, but frequently, we face a strange issue that when an Award Budget is baselined, the new baselined amount and time are not reflected in the Current Row.

After a few hours, i.e. 12-36 hrs later, the correct values are automatically reflected.

Both the Log and the output files show - Award Budget for Award and Project has been baseliend successfully.

We are not able to reproduce the issue since it happens very randomly and other times, works well for the same Award + Project.
