enhancement to TSP Hardship withdrawal process

Per the TSP regulations TSPBK12 Hardship Withdrawals pdf document, page 8 outlines how the restarting of the TSP contributions is NOT Automatically restarted.  The employee must work with their Payroll provider to restart this contribution after the 6 month waiting period.  The enhancement being requested is when the Hardship Withdrawal date is entered, that a peoplecode edit on the Savings Mgmt page be invoked to WAIVE the employees TSP election.  This will have to be manually restarted once the Employer and Employee come to an agreement upon the restart of this contribution.
