Server Manager: Cannot view logs for any Linux agent

Hi Team,

I have a newly created instance of JDE920, with Weblogic 12.2.1.2.0 for server manager. My enterprise server and JAS servers are on Linux machine.

I am seeing all instances on Server Manager and also able to successfully restart the services from SM console for each instance.

The issue is only with viewing the logs for any of the instances. Seeing the below error when clicking on Download Entire Log File

I have checked document (Doc ID 2150750.1) but it is for OC4J, do we have any suggestions for weblogic.
